Our staff consists of the following licensed medical professional.
Andrea You, MSPT: Andrea is a physical therapist who has gained experience in a variety of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings. Andrea has additional expertise working with aquatic therapy protocols and stroke patients. In 1990, Andrea received her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology/Nutrition. She achieve exceptional treatment results and patient satisfaction through a combination of manual “hands-on” techniques and specific resistance exercise. She has continued her physical therapy education through specialized training and certification including Ergonomics, Women’s Health, Orthotics, and national certification in Neural Developmental Technique (NDT).
Lisa Ha, PT, DPT: Lisa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with clinical experience evaluating and treating orthopedic injuries and disorders. Her areas of specialty and interests include pre and post-operative conditions, excellent manual therapy skills and senior population balance & strength training techniques. Lisa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology from University of California, Davis and she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Lisa is fluent in Vietnamese and strives to promote and extend treatment to those in the Vietnamese community.
Kara Cehlo, DPT: Kara is a physical therapist who specializes in the geriatric both in neurological disorders and orthopedic injuries. Her areas of advanced skills are in vestibular and balance disorders, as well as joint replacement rehabilitation. Kara has recently moved into advanced skills in sport-related injuries and training. In 2014, Kara received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology in 2011 from the University of Rhode Island.
Rebecca Reid, Certified Massage Therapist: Rebecca is a Massage Therapist with 25 years of practical experience. Her training is in Swedish Massage with additional continued massage education in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Foot Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage. Rebecca specializes in intention and focus in her work coupled with direct client communication. She graduated from Twin College of Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, California and has continued yearly coursework broadening her massage style and techniques.
